Charles Imoloame, (aka Chalimo) is a Nigerian seasoned guitarist, performer, composer, and music copyright activist. He is a graphic designer of great repute in Nigeria and a businessman who hails from the Edo-north senatorial district of Edo state.
Charlimo is noted for his dedication to raising budding artists and professionalism in musical industrial productions and the creation of corporate logos. A virtuoso in his chosen field of music, Charlimo has designed musical albums for great Nigerian artists including, Felix Lebarty, Freeman Chi, Stella Monye, Felix Duke, Christian Negus, Alex O., King Waleman, and Teles Nkono. Other great names include Tar Uko, Akeem Olajuwon, Orittz Wiliki, Isaac Black, Onyeka Onwenu, Lemmy Jackson, Sunny Okosns, Segun Arinze, Majek Fashek, Dready Samiko, etc., just to mention a few. The album Tribulation of Orits Williki done by Charlimo won the national award of the best sleeve design in 1990 at the Nigeria Music Awards.
Charlimo was the Lagos State Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) Chairman from 1994 – 1996, and he became the PMAN National Vice President from 1997 – 1999. He served on many committees and he was seconded to the board of the Nigeria Association of Recording Industries (NARI) where he became the vice chairman of the publicity committee on Hologram music security protection.

A servant of the music industry, Charlimo was appointed into the interim government of PMAN 2015 to join other compatriots in revamping the failing association with a view to setting up structures to cater to a growing industry.
On short notice, Charlimo still performs with his band The Veterans, on various occasions and with up-to-date high-tech equipment. As a Christian, he is married with lovely children.
