MINCE Cosmetics & Beauty Products Expo 2022 Opens In Lagos With A Mammoth Crowd

PEGASUS REPORTERS, LAGOS | OCTOBER 1, 2022

The opening ceremony of Made in Nigeria Cosmetics & Beauty Products Expo-2022, a 3-Day exhibition showcasing Nigerian cosmetics and beauty opened today at the Glitter Hall, Yard 158 Event Centre in Oregun in Ikeja in Lagos with thousands of visitors thronging the first day of the event which had over 200 Exhibitors and Exporters in attendance.

The opening ceremony and cutting of tap to was performed by a representative of the Director-General of NEXIM Bank assisted by representatives of the Nigerian Export Promotions Council, NICERT, the National Agency for Food and Drug Control, NAFDAC, Fidelity Bank, and the Lagos State Barbers, Cosmetologists and Hairdressers Association who also delivered goodwill messages to the exhibition.

Today’s opening program includes a Masters’s Class on beauty and health product guru, Kemi Lewis. Also, all producers and exporters are expected to register for the MINCE Clinic as well as with NAFDAC for advisory on relevant processes and procedures to boost products and exportation. Additionally, on the exhibition to assist stakeholders is Fidelity Bank, which has asked manufacturers to register and open accounts with it to process soft loans for the industry.
