Breaking: House Of Oduduwa: Royal Sisters Of Ooni Speak On Ooni’s Troubled Marriage

Henceforth, any future unclarified and fake information spread by any media outlet, blog, or page about any of us sisters or our immediate families will be met with swift legal action/s.”

The Royal Sisters and members of the Giesi Family of the present Ooni of Ife, Ojaja II, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi has spoken out on the avalanche of reports and news been published by various media houses and online portals which they termed as malicious and calculated not only to ridicule the family but the exulted position of His Royal Majesty, the Ooni.

A press state sent to PegasusReporters dated Tuesday 4th of January, stated that “These despicable humans have been circulating the ‘fake’ news on various fake media outlets on matters none of them have an inkling of but will like to speak with unreserved authority”

Affirming that the family is strongly in support of every actions taken by the Ooni, and stressing that the King is imbued with enough wisdom to rule and has overriding powers over how he runs the palace and the court of Olori (Queens) the statement warned that any report or news founding to be damaging and unsubstantiated will henceforth attract legal reprisal

“Secondly, in his immense wisdom, Kabiyesi from inception has separated the entire family from the activities of ruling our people forthrightly without any hindrances. His selection of who should be his Olori/s is also done without any form of hegemony or disturbance from any of us or the family. We support our Olori/s and have kept away from any of the matters concerning the private life of our revered King and father, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.”

The statement which was copied to the Barrister Celestine Omene and the Palace Secretary warned the media to stop peddling rumours and conjectures about the palace and families noting:

“We have informed our legal team to write to all international media handles that allow the publication of some of these fake news about the invasion of our individual privacies. We are also warning all those presently with negative videos, audios, and articles presently in circulation to ‘desist’ now or face the consequences.”
